ANDREW BOYLE

Before joining States United, Andrew investigated and prosecuted crimes at the Kosovo Specialist Prosecutor’s Office in The Hague, Netherlands. He has previously worked as an attorney for both the Liberty and National Security Program and the Democracy Program of the Brennan Center for Justice, prosecuted Khmer Rouge leaders on behalf of the United Nations, supported trial judges at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, and clerked for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
