    States United Democracy Center is seeking a full time, contract Digital Consultant to join its Digital team within the Communications department to assist in executing in-house paid digital programming, lead internal digital reporting and analytics; manage monthly newsletter sends; draft original content for paid, organic, and web platforms; and support social media monitoring needs.

  • General Counsel

    Location: Remote

    States United is hiring a General Counsel, a senior attorney, to oversee the organization’s internal legal matters. Reporting directly to and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the General Counsel will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s compliance with laws governing nonprofits, contracts, professional responsibility and ethics, state gift rules, state public records laws, lobbying and IRS rules, and 501(c)(3)/(c)(4) regulations.

    The Research Associate (Polling & Public Opinion) supports the organization’s polling and public opinion research program under the direction of the Senior Researcher and reports to the Research Director. This role involves survey design, data analysis, and synthesis of polling findings for internal and external audiences.
