- Counsel (Rule of Law)
Location: Washington, District of Columbia (Remote)
The Counsel will work with a strong and dedicated team of internal and external attorneys, policy experts, and researchers to analyze the interplay between federal, state, and local authority, examine laws relating to constraints on federal action (including the Administrative Procedure Act), provide legal guidance to the organization and state officials, and bring and support litigation or other legal actions to protect the Rule of Law.
- Research Intern — Summer 2025
Location: Washington, District of Columbia (Remote)
Working closely with a Senior Researcher, the Research Intern will provide administrative and programmatic support to the Research and Analytics team. The Research Intern has an opportunity to learn about quantitative and qualitative research, democracy and election protection, and the operations of a non-profit.
