EDWARD MEDRANO

Before joining States United, Edward dedicated over thirty years to public service at the state, county, and municipal level, holding various executive roles in public safety and management. Edward has served as a police chief, city manager, and Chief of the Division of Law Enforcement at the California Department of Justice. He also held the position of President of the California Police Chief’s Association and acted as an advisor to numerous elected and appointed public officials.
