HEIDI PAYTER

Before joining States United, Heidi worked as an account manager at a boutique Washington public affairs agency for clients including foreign embassies, government agencies, and trade associations. She holds research experience from her time at the Brookings Institution, where she worked on a project investigating international development and the extractives industry, and at the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research, where she studied the psychophysiological impact of political news framing on different demographics.
