GILLIAN FEINER

Before joining States United, Gillian was senior enforcement counsel at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where she led the state’s opioid investigations and litigation, including against Purdue Pharma and its executives. Before that, she was chief of the office’s False Claims Division and a managing attorney in its Consumer Protection Division, and a litigation associate at Roddy, Klein & Ryan. Gillian has extensive experience collaborating with colleagues from bipartisan attorneys general’s offices across the country and leading multistate investigations and negotiations.
