VANITA GUPTA

Vanita Gupta is former U.S. Associate Attorney General and former head of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division. She previously served as president and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and held leadership positions at the American Civil Liberties Union and NAACP Legal Defense Fund. She presently runs the Center for Law and Public Trust at NYU Law, where she also teaches.
